I wanted to find a good quality first car for my son. We visited Ray Crofton motors and spoke with Robert who was great to deal with. We found a lovely car in great condition and Robert was a real gent to my son (with some lovely good will gestures making the experience of buying his first car really positive). Everything was exactly as agreed and so straight forward, Robert made sure everything was ready on the car before we picked it up and my son is delighted with himself. It turned out that my wife wanted to change her car shortly after that and as we had such a good experience dealing with Robert, we went back again. No surprise, this was another super experience. Robert looked after us really well and the 3 year old car we picked was like new. Again, the car was fully prepared before we picked it up and my wife is really pleased with it. This is a family run business and having had the opportunity to meet more than one of the generations running the garage during my couple of visits, I can honestly say they are some of the nicest people I've ever met. Having subsequently mentioned where I had got the cars to a couple of other people, it turned out one of them had actually also purchased cars from Ray Crofton Motors and had similar nice things to say about dealing with them over many years. I'd have no hesitation recommending them!

Kia Liffey Valley opened its doors in December 2012 and is located in the Liffey Valley Motor Mall. We sell the full Kia range of new cars as well as a selections of used cars. We have a full service facility on site for both regular servicing of all makes of cars and body repairs. Finance can be arranged by our business manager with Kia Credit for new and used cars on a personal loan, a low rate PCP or on a business contract hire.

Had to call in this morning with a faulty 12v battery, everything sorted in less than one hour under warranty. It’s a pleasure to deal with Jennifer and all the staff in the service department, I would have no hesitation in recommending this dealership to everyone

I had my 212 Kia Niro EV serviced today, 17/08/2023. The service I received was nothing less than fantastic. The staff were brilliant right from taking my call when I booked the service appointment two weeks ago, and when I arrived for service today, they greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcomed. They said my vehicle would be ready by 1:00 p.m., and the car was washed and prepared for collection bang on time. Jennifer and Adam in Service explained the service that was done and how they had addressed all my concerns that were raised when I booked in for service. They were very patient and very professional throughout. I would easily recommend them for servicing.

Be careful before taking used cars.
I was not expecting a reputed showroom like kia. Brought up with the damage which I have noticed at home, but they don't accept. Reluctant to get it fixed.
Please check inch by inch as a normal local garage.
Otherwise, they are fine and very professional to deal till you have a complaint.
Now I am forwarding with legal advice.

After standing by the car inside the car showroom for 15 minutes, I left, everyone was avoiding me and there was no interest in me. No one to ask, everyone is so busy... It's a pity. I bought a car at another showroom of a different brand. It was another Kia dealer who doesn't care about the customer.

Worst experience ever. Was charged 269 euro to get the oil and oil filter changed & that was called a service ! Not one other thing was done and I was told I was paying for expertise.

The sales department proceeded to offer me 13,000 for a 171 Sportage - The car is worth between 17k and 18k.

When I called to complain the staff I spoke with were extremely rude.

Terrible experience & it has totally turned me off the Kia brand to be honest.
